CNC MACHINING

Leviathan offers a full range of machining services, including one large and two medium capacity CNC machines, conventional milling machines and lathes. We are able to machine components up to 3.2m long and 1.2m wide.

EDM (Wire-Cutting)

Leviathan also has the capability to deliver extremely precise and accurate components, thanks to our highly trained machinists and in-house wire-cut EDM facility.

Cutting travels 550 x 370 x 310mm;

Max. workpiece dimensions: 820 x 730 x 300mm.

From simple custom-toothed gears and sprockets, to highly complex profiles which are impractical to machine otherwise; Leviathan will produce components to suit your requirements.

GRINDING (CYLINDRICAL & SURFACE)

Leviathan also provides surface grinding services to achieve specified tolerances, or just to give your components an extra touch to attain a more refined finish.

WELDING

As part of Leviathan's complete fabrication process, we also provide welding services for small and large fixtures alike, such as robot frames.
